What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@donsmania.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Return Policy and Claims Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. We are committed to ensuring the quality and accuracy of your purchase.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.

Returns Process: If there's an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us to report the problem. We accept returns at our designated facility. You will be notified by email once we receive your returned shipment. If a return is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

Incorrect Address: If a shipment is returned due to an insufficient address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Reshipment will occur after we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Account and Billing: By making a purchase from our store, you agree that any orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address or unclaimed by the recipient may be donated to charity at your expense, without a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any orders returned containing these items will not be reshipped or refunded.

Customer Returns: We recommend customers contact us before returning any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products or size exchanges are at your discretion and expense. For size exchanges or other returns, you will need to place a new order for the item at your expense.

EU Consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

Governing Language: This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
